· Call Count – The amount of calls this SIM has made.
· Failed Calls – The amount of unsuccessful calls this SIM has made.
· Current Duration Balance – The amount of units that is left on the SIM for the day.
· Current Duration Balance – The SIM 'Current Balance'.(total of the SIM)
· Call Duration – The length of the call (in seconds).
· Card Num – The number of the SIM Server Card that the SIM is located.
· SIM Num – The location of the SIM socket in the card.
All the times are in the format (Day/Month/Year Hour/Minutes/Seconds).
Manually Exporting the CDR to File
The records can be saved to file in one of three formats: Access, CSV, XML.
To save the records, Press one of the 'Export to' buttons according to the desired file format.
Automatically Exporting the CDR to Files
To automatically save and clear the records to files:
1. Select in 'Path' the folder to save the CDR files.
2. Select in 'Format' the type of the CDR files.
3. Enter in 'Check every ' the time interval to check for new records.
4. Enter in 'Export every ' the maximum amount of records for a CDR file.
5. Press the 'Active' button to start the automatic operation.
The PC software will read from the gateway the records every few minutes'(Check every), if the
amount of records has reached 'Export every', it will export the records to a file, and will erase
these records from the screen and memory.
The remainder of the records that are above 'Export every' amount will be left on screen until
the next check.
Note: When the gateway resets, the records of the calls that are on the gateway memory will be erased.
