Chapter 10: Call Reports
The gateway records the information of the last 100 calls. The call records (CDR in short) are
kept on the RAM memory of the DSP.
To view the call reports press the button. The CDR screen opens.
'Refresh' - press this button to read the call reports from the gateway. The PC software will read
the records from the gateway and will clear them from the gateway memory.
'Clear' – press this button to clear the CDR screen.
The call record has this listing:
General information:
· Start Time – The time the call was initiated.
· Connect Time - The time the call was connected.
· End Time - The time the call was dissconnected.
· Orig Port – The port that initiated the call.
· Dest Port – The port that the call went to.
· Rel Cause- The dissconnection code.
· Calling Number – the number that initiated the call.
· Called Number – The number that was called.
Call Duration information (see Chapter 6.2.2 and Chapter 7.2):
· Bill Primary – The SIM 'Primary Bill Interval'.
· Bill Units Primery - The SIM 'Primary Cost per Bill Int '.
· Primary Interval Count– The SIM 'Primary Interval Count'.
· Bill Secondary – The SIM 'Secondary Bill Interval'.
· Bill Units Secondary - The SIM 'Secondary Cost per Bill Int '.
